Luhansk is the administrative center of the Luhans’k region (Ukraine). Located on the northern slopes of the Donetsk ridge, in the valley of the river of Lugan’. Luhans’k is geographically located on the eastern Ukrainian border with Russian Federation. Luhans’k - separate on districts: Leninsky, Zhovtnevy, Artemovsky, Kamennobrodsky.
